The TheBiggestEasy online store sells cosmetic products at retail within Poland through the website thebiggesteasy.store.
All products offered are brand new, free from physical and legal defects, and have been lawfully placed on the European Union market.
TheBiggestEasy makes every effort to ensure that the product information presented on the website is accurate, complete, and up to date. However, the store reserves the right to modify product information, including prices, descriptions, and availability, without prior notice, while respecting consumers' rights under applicable law.
All trademarks, manufacturer names, and product brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.

The controller of personal data is a natural person operating an unregistered business under the trading name TheBiggestEasy.

TheBiggestEasy operates in accordance with the applicable laws of Poland and the European Union, including consumer protection legislation and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The Seller/Data Controller declares that they operate an unregistered business in Poland as referred to in Article 5(1) of the Act of 6 March 2018 – Entrepreneurs' Law (Prawo przedsiębiorców).
The Seller is a natural person conducting an unregistered business and operates within the revenue threshold of PLN 10,813.50 per quarter.
Upon the customer's request, the Seller will issue a sales receipt documenting the transaction.
At the customer's request, an invoice without a VAT (NIP) number may also be issued.
